Return Policy

  • In order to initiate the return process, customers need to submit an unboxing video where the Invoice should be clearly visible with all the details of the product.
  • Customers need to return the product on their expenses. My Lucid is not liable for picking  up the return product.
  • The product should be unused, undamaged and in original condition without any stain, scratch or hole.
  • My Lucid proposes to return/replace products within 10 days of receiving the product for return/replacement.
  • All Refunds/Replacements will commence once the product has been received and done Q.C(quality check).
  • Replacement of a product will ensue depending on its availability.
  • In case of a product mishap occurring in your ownership, My Lucid will not hold itself accountable to process its replacement/refund.
  • In case of an empty package/damaged or missing products must be returned to My Lucid within a span of 2 days .
  • In order to return a package you purchased it is imperative that you have the original price tag and packaging slip.
  • Return/Replacement will not be accepted for special offer products

Order shall be replaced on the following conditions:

  • In case of an incorrect color /size/quantity etc.
  • In case of missing accessories or parts.
  • In case of a flawed/ damaged product 
  • If the product does not match the description.

  • For Products with manufacturer’s warranty visit the Brand service center.
  • The products sold on My Lucid are genuine and their authenticity is guaranteed by our Retailers.
